Is there a lever on the Headlights for changing from driving on the Left to driving on the Right. ie driving on the continent

or will I need to use the Stick-on difusers

as you have a 2018 I think that you will find that with the light source/light unit design that you no longer require either.

 I contacted Toyota UK but they didn’t know or wouldn’t help and refered me to Toyota Spain.

Your local Toyota importer would be your contact point, as specs, etc differ from country to country.
