65 plate Yaris satNav

Is it not possible to enter a full postcode in my wife's Yaris.  I saw a video on the internet showing what seemed to be an older car than my wife's and they entered the full code but, once I get to the required 5th digit it is all greyed out.

Any thoughts anyone please?

It should be afaik. What system software/map package is it on? Are you inputting the space?

Yep, you need the space - it caught me out.

Thank you for responding to my thread chaps, very much appreciated.  All sorted now and yes, it was all down to the space.  So simple when you know how.
