Car revs itself

Bought my my 2010 Toyota Avensis 1.8 v matic with 48000 miles on the clock. So far I'm very happy. But I noticed one strange thing every time I coming to a stop for example: I'm in third gear clutch brake neutral halt the car revs it self up by maybe 500-+ rpm barely noticeable. I does in every gear. Any suggestions? When I apply the brakes or clutch while stationery no RPM change only when coming to stop in gear.

 This is the problem I got: when driving in any gear this happens: while slowing down to a stop I apply clutch brake gear into neutral car stops rpms drop to idle 800+- and then rpm shoot up to 1200-1500 rpm then back to idle. Is this normal? Is this specific to car? Rpm never changes only as described car drives ok no issues. No engine management light.
