Not knowing much about this but,how hard is it to change the gearbox oil on an automatic box ?

I mean can you change it or do you just top it up and how ? My Avensis is just going on 62575 mls  and to be honest

for peace of mind I would like to have it changed.Then theres  the cost factor as for some one to do the job and the oil.
