Random sound for 20 to 50 sec from auris 2014 model

 I am new to this forum and I hope would get some help 

There is random sound coming in the car seems like from end 

It comes for like 20 to 50 sec then goes 

Sometimes when I press brakes also disappear 

Been to mechanic he said nothing is wrong brakes are fine as well 

Any suggestions please

What happens when you press the clutch?  Sound is present while driving only?

When press clutch sound remains, 

But when press brake it some time disappear 

Or if I turn off engine also disappear

Maybe the pads are so worn out, that the piston is pushing the metal part onto the disc, or maybe the dust shield is scraping on something, or something stuck there.

I would take both wheels off, and inspect them one by one myself (if as you say it's from front end).

Good advice I will ask my mechanic about this, if brake pads or disc worn surley brake won't work peoperly but in my car brakes are working fine
