Today the temperature here in my city was 47°C and even though the car had sufficient amount of coolant and water, it was heating up so much that the car started to give me the heat up warning... What could be the probable cause here?

Possible that the engine thermostat has stuck or the radiator fan has failed or blown a fuse. Does the radiator fan kick in with the car warmed up and not moving?

Yes the fan does start... When the car was running the Air conditioning was turned on maybe that put a load on the engine?

Can you do a diagnostic scan?
