Yaris 2011 reversing camera

My partner has a 2011 Yaris TSpirit with the built-in Tomtom in the dash,  model 13836. The manual says that a reversing camera is an option on this car and uses the tomtom screen but the local dealer says they think it is not possible to retrofit this post-factory.

Has anyone any experience of this?

Your dealer is correct Toyota did not offer a camera compatible with the TNS410

Hi, thanks for the info. 

Toyota say a camera was offered as a factory-fit option only. However the info you have given me has got me to this item which appears to be the AV connector for a camera so i may be able to fit one.

Hi, that's a bit expensive for a piece of signal wire. Fit an after market kit, for around £20. easy enough to do, you can also buy a kit that puts the signal to your interior mirror.
