Hello guys,

I have a question for TTE Compressor owners.

I have the opportunity to buy a  2006 Corolla TTE Compressor 70k KM on chassis, 1000KM on engine(after rebuild). But the owner told me that he lost the engine oil dipstick from that car so he used one from what he thinks is classic NA 2ZZ-GE. He told me, that he thinks that NA dipstick has different length from the Supercharged version, because that this dipstick actually doesn't show any oil, so it could be too short. Is that the true or are they identical, and he is probably using a dipstick from 1ZZ or something else than 2ZZ. I thought that 2ZZ with or without supercharger are the same engines, or at least that the dipstick will be the same.

Thank you

Have a great day

The Compressor model does have a longer dipstick due to it being located further away from the dipstick hole which is the same location as the N/A. Urgently get one as low/no oil is a quick killer on these engines!
