I have another query SILVERTEC bulbs are they any good, I know they still flash amber and they are pretty expensive but do they stop that fried egg look.???

yes silvatechs are great!

ive got them all over the car. not the cheapest but probably the best quality. they have a silver coating to them but the orange light still shines through and hence rids the fried egg effect

a friend of mine but they are generally available from motor accessorie stores etc etc......

The cheapest I have found for two side repeater bulbs is £15 is that about right???

there are other brands and LEDs aswell these days. just have to have a browse round and see what you can find
