Central Locking Only Unlocking/Closing 3 out of 4 Doors.

My original remote key is for some reason not locking/unlocking the driver door. It unlcoks and locks all the other doors just fine. The problem arose today. Here is strange part. I have an aftermarket alarm system installed and the remote for that can unlock and lock all doors including the driver side just fine. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
