Yeah it went ok cheers! I'm not actually back back here yet as still on dial up! But will be back in full force once we get our broadband installed this week! Yay!!

Anyway back to the topic..... the Matiz is a great little car, ideal learner or first car as they're so small! The new Daewoo Lacetti is nice too - saw it at the Motor Show in Brum! They've come a long way baby since GM took over! :P

I don't hate any cars really, think fiat 126 and the multipla's look a bit crap but as for saxo's corsa's and nova's i don't hate the cars, just the *****-holes that drive 'em, i know a lad who used to have a nova and he was a really good sensible driver.... it's just these cars do attract some nob heads cause they are reasonably cheap to own, and as for pulling birds in them, all i have ever seen in them is car tarts who don't look a day over 15!!!

I don't mind any 'cars' as such...

I only start to get problems when people hold me up, drive dangerously or are inconsiderate to those around them

no matter what they drive if they ***** me off then i get upset, simple really

Although mums and Toyota Landcruiser Amazons/ Range Rovers... what's the frigging point.

Around my ends every pr**ks who drive civics think they've got vti's with stupid bodykits and exhausts. I don't mind civics but lets not fool everybody thinking they got vti's when they've got lsi's, vei's and dx's.

Golf's especially mk 4 they all again think they got something special like r32's again kit up a 1.6 or a ****ty 2.0 gti to make it look fast. Wats it all about??

Glad i've got that off my chest

fiesta's and escorts make me laugh.... when they have been tarted up and some young muppet is racing around in them and ya just know they were the 1.1 litre models....

WHAT !!!!!

You leave the Multipla alone. It's fantastic........albeit in a wrong sort of way. Every manufacturer seems to make really similar looking cars and people often say that you can't tell one from the other. So......Enter the Multipla...no one else would even think of making something similar. Genius!

Novas are OK but only in the 'it could be worse, you could be driving a Nova' way, so at least their existence is justified as a cautionary tale.

Ford Capri---------hate them....horrible things.

Its a classic!!!(for a Ford anyway)

Not as nice as mk1 and 2 escorts though :)

Personally I detest the Citroen C5, driven a couple of company owned ones and they are atrocious, a bit like a small two bedroom semi on wheels, without the handling

have to agree with Ian on the US rental cars... just when you think you have a quick motor and its so slow that even a mini metro can overtake you.

I hate BMW's ... people that own one are almost all the same.

i'd have to dissagree with the escort rs turbo, the s1 version is a classic now, but yeah loads of not very tastefully modified but you get the odd one that has been left standard.

i generally hate corsa's!! And totally agree with Steve, BMW drives are complete :censor: who look down on every other car thinking there better!

Corolla kid: I cant belive you put 'CRX' in your list!? They are an absolutly awesome car! You ever driven one!? If not go out and try one because you may change your mind, and get rid of that grandad car you own!

And who was slating clio's!? Ever driven a williams!? You should!!!!!!

I dont think crx's should be in that list either, the reason i picked novas n saxos is because so many people have them and its the type of drivers that usually drive em. You really dont see that many crxs anymore let alone the CRX VTEC, plus they do look really nice even as standard.

Read my post again

I love the CRX, always wanted one... but you misread the post :P

And you haven't seen the one that goes around town here in Worcester, proper ugly :ffs:

My car, grandad car?

A ) That's slagging off alot of Toyota's on these forums...

B ) To take a phrase from yourself...

"If not go out and try one because you may change your mind, and get rid of that grandad car you own!"

Go out and try one ...

i went looking at a CRX VTEC before i bought this. it looked really smart, celestial blue, with full black leather, standard. i nearly bought it, until i realised it had been in a very heavy crash at some point

THE FIRST FORD ESCORT XR3I I THOUGHT WAS A LOOKER BUT

My mum had one of those, it was her first performance car this was over 7years ago all because she saw one blast past her audi on the motorway, dont get me wrong in its time it was really good and the soft top was fun in the sun. But now , xr3i is an ageing car her next peformance car was the mr2 turbo which hopefully will be totaly mine on thursday, and ive got big plans for it.

You can't use the term performance car to describe an XR3i. I used to eat them for breakfast in my old Lancia Beta(when I were a lad) and you can't call that a performance car either.

I hated xr3i and xr2i owners because they thought they were fast. Although I did have a go in a Fiesta RS turbo many moons ago and that was pretty quick.

so long as your plans dont end up wrapped around a tree , a mr2 turbo ,very nice too , i wish you all the best with that. Ford escort xr3i were the first of their genre from ford of course people who owned them thought they were performance cars and kings of the road.

Blooduk: What sort of corolla GT!? Is it one like is pictured in my avatar and signature or one like pictured in JT's avatar!??

Either way they are both awesome cars, mostly because of the engine i must say(4AGE) but the coupe like is pictured in my avatar is rear wheel drive with a LSD and 5 linked rear axle as std! Most awesome sideways machine!

Corolla Kid: Sorry mate didnt mean to upset you :( i just personally find ur style corolla a little bland but that is my own opinion! The one corolla in ur shape i do like is the jap import 20 valve! Now thats an awesome engine! :D

Sorry if i offended anyone else in my comments.
