Problem with touch 2go

Has anyone got any advice on my touch 2 go only working intermittently the garage is saying it will cost £120 for diagnostic check as car is only just out of five year warranty

When you say that it only works intermittetly could you give more detail? Is it the whole thing or only the media or nav section etc.?

I would try approaching Toyota GB Customer Services explaining that it is only just out of warranty & asking for some goodwill ...

They are more likely to if you have had the car always serviced at a Toyota dealer rather than an independent.

My touch 2 go on my 2013 RAV4  is having problems the sat nav & reversing camera are coming on intermittently the radio and phone are not working at all they did not all stop working at the same time as the sat nav went off first saying it was not installed. Could this possibly be a loose connection? As I would have thought the system should last longer than 5 years has anyone else had a similar problem if so how did you sort it out thanks

When I say intermittently the reversing camera is now working again but radio and sat nav are not although the sat nav sometimes comes on when you first start the car.
