Free MOT?

My Aygo was smashed up, and is at the body shop,The MOT is due end of July, 3 Years Old, Wow.. Should the repair shop MOT my car for the next 12 months?

Not for free, its only in there for accident repairs? MOT is a separate thing.

You can get a free MOT, the Government only set a maximum fee that can be charged for an MOT.

My 2014 x-clusiv passed its second MOT yesterday. Had an advisory on front tyre wear last year, so didn't take any chances and got new rubber on the front this week before booking the MOT. Happy days.

My car passed the MOT, advisory is change rear wiper blade, £25 , new front tyres in October,  New front brake disks, £280.00..Not cheap cars to run...Its done 17,000 miles..

a rear wiper blade should cost less than that & they are easy to fit yourself- I pay. about £7 for my Avensis Tourer.

I would be looking for a new dealer or at least be having words ...
