Touch 2 Go update

After struggling to find how to update my touch 2 go system I have eventually gone to e-store free purchased my updates and can see the list in my purchases. The video that Toyota has created gives the option of clicking on an item then having the option to download the software on to laptop and the code required. When I click on the item it just shows the item but has no option to download the software. tried ringing helpline but they don't work weekends Any ideas or suggestions welcome Cheers carl
