I have just purchased a 1 litre bottle of Toyota ready mixed coolant - does anyone know how I can take the top off? The cap shows some arrows pointing in both directions, presumably to break the seal, and there is a white piece of plastic in the centre

Don't you squeeze the sides of the cap where the arrows indicate, and then unscrew the cap whilst still squeezing.

Presume its a child proof cap that also defeats adults just as well.
