Oil

Hi I know this could be a stupid question but the handbook logs so many different types of oil for the engine. I was just wanting to make sure I put the correct oil in. Its a avensis 2012 estate TR 2L diesel 62 plate. I think it says I need 0W30 C2 fully synthetic?

Toyota doesn't specify either semi or fully synthetic.

So is 0W-30 C2 correct for the engine? My car also has a dpf

Yes - 

Diesel engines with DPF/DPNR including optimal drive 0w30 or 5w30 meeting C2 low ash

Brand of oil is very much a personal choice.
