Wonder whether the tubing to the rear washer is under the carpet by the driver's sill? Try lifting the carpet on the driver's side to have a look. If it is that, it could be that whoever replaced the sill, damaged the tubing.

Moved to the Aygo club.

the washer tubing normally runs above the roof lining from front to the back

and then into the boot door.

do you use proper screenwash ??? if you do the water in the foot well

will be the same colour ,if you dont then go and buy some and try it

if the water stays clear then it has to be rain water.

screenwash = blue in colour

antifreeze = pink in colour

rain water = clear in colour

Proper screenwash isn't always blue: Prestone winter is yellow, summer green; Halfords green (citrous), red (cherry or berry) or blue; Rain-x pink; Carplan blue or purple; Autoglyn blue or red; etc.

Washer pipe in the Aygo comes out of the bottle up the wheel arch, through the bulkhead down into the drivers door sill all the way along the sill, up into the boot before rising up through the rear C-pillar to the centre rear stop lamp.
