I have my screen and PS2 all installed now and its working fine apart from the sound, i only seem to have one level of volume, i

have all the audio running from the PS2 into the headunit so sound is comng from the front 4 Speakers.

its fine when its quiet but when its noisy like at a cruise or a mate is playing ps2 while im driving cant hear sod all.

In my headunit manual it says to run a TV/Video link through AUX mode i need a "M-Bus V-Link" (M-Bus/RCA interface cable KCM-122B) this means nothing to me :help:

Cheers

i can control the volume with the head unit, so at 0 its off then 1-35 its all the same volume, if that makes sence.

you have the red and white leads from the PS2 going to the headunits AUX in??

yeah red and white going into headunit.

Yellow is going from ps2 to TV, but not sure if it does anything else, do you think this might have the volume control in it???

hi there, you need this:

Apline - kcm122B

I just bought one for my system, and I rate this company, I have spend a fair bit with them, and scored 148.1dB with their help :)

Problem may be that you have pluged your red and white rcas into an output on the head unit, not an input? You wont have an input until you have bought the lead.

Im in the same situation as you, but my lead should turn up today :D

edit: Having read the post again, my first paragraph applies

right, as I dont know which headunit you have, take a look at this link :)

http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/help/ipodfriendly.html

It talks about adaptors so you can use an Ipod, but essentially you are doing the same thing, just with a tv instead. If your manual says you need the 122b, it doesnt look as though you can use the changer :(
