Sads making a noise

There is a noise coming from lower front middle of engine and the chap i bought it off said it was a shaft bearing that needed replacing, is it an easy enough job to do and is there a guide on how to do it cheers

Welcome to the forum. If you go on You Tube there are video guides on changing SADS, have a look on there. Also the TEOC web site which is a read only site now has information about doing the SADS.

Thanks tp49 it looks fairly straightforward but i would like a manual to help me along, i followed the link for ian morris's cd and got to his eBay shop but there was no option to buy any ideas cheers

Yeh thats what his seller name is but couldnt buy for some reason, i'll keep trying cheers anyway, next thing i needs is curtains and rails any ideas on that one please oh and one headrest

Mine came with curtains so not had that problem. This question was asked a lot on theTEOC forum,  might be difficult to get new so you could have a look in breakers yards. Other than that some people just get the suction type window covers.
