hello friends, could someone help me with the p1420 code that appeared to me when I scanned my avensis ct220, 
I checked the VSV valve, the wiring and vacuum gauges but it also turns on MIL. The vehicle does not fail, 
it works perfect but the light is annoying and I am also intrigued by the failure.

solved
lately my ct220 did not have the normal power, in hills, I had to lower the gears to be able to ascend.
The code p1420 (intake constrictor ctrl) was still present.
When I plugged in the scanner I noticed the turbo pressure that only gave 100, accelerating, in slow gear it was the same.
In the end I realized that the tube from which I was taking the vacuum of the admission was locked with oil and charcoal.
I cleaned it and all this rule and the code disappeared.
