One front brake heating by intermittence

I try to fix this problem on my Yaris 1 2003 with Bosch system, the left front wheel brake disk heat excessively by intermitence when driving on highway, thus on speed >90km/h.

When on jacks, Wheel rotate normally, pad release normally.

No vibration during braking, car stay on track on high speed without vibration.

Replaced, both brake Wheels and brake pads due to age and wearing, left Wheel bearing, moving caliper  and both guide pins, drained complete fluide system,

A faulty calliper could be a possibility.

I don't know if its possible for the ABS unit to cause such a problem, for example if the fluid in the brake line to the calliper could not equalise its pressure due to the ABS unit not allowing it to allow for the fluid expansion as the fluid heats. That might allow the pad to then be pushed into contact with the disc. Purely theoretical, I don't know if such as scenario is possible.

The calliper body has been replaced with a new from Bosch together with the guide pins and boot with fresh grease. But not the support bracket. Also on this system there is no pad clip, break pads directly mounted on the support bracket without clips. Sliding area look correct with copper lub.

Thank you for your consideration on pressure release.

Had this problem on  a Ford Fiesta. One of the brake hoses was collapsing internally so that pressure was still in caliper even when brake pedal released.. The collapsed hose acted as a non return valve. Changed hose- sorted.

Thank you for sharing this, I will consider this as a possible action.
