Loose jumping injector

[Reece cycle]

Bought a cheap avensis the other day as i needed a tow bar.

2005 avensis d4d t spirit

my first Toyota  (Ive owned a Lexus is200 previously and have Toyota down as reliant)

 

But The day after I bought it engine started rough idling,

Struggling to not stall when i engage clutch in lower gears

 

And plumes of white smoke from under hood

 

Morning came car started and then cut out and wouldnt start again

Took engine cover off to find an injector and what ever is sat on top of the engine block (sensor?) (4th cylinder)

Bouncing up and down, the compression is pushing the injector and sensor out,

 

What could cause this to happen? 

Simply a case of replacing injector and fixings or a more serious underlying problem?

I will try get some photos soon and thanks for you help im not sure whay to ask so please ask of I can provide any more details.
