power steering bottle

hello this may be a daft question ive just brought this car avensis 2006 the power steering bottle has been removed i presume its been bypassed somehow but if i need to top it up where do i look thanks for any info on this

If it's the 1.8 petrol you won't have to worry about power steering fluid, as it's got electric power steering.

it is the 1.8 thankyou for letting me know im crap with cars 

 

1 more question if you dont mind they told me its a chain cam is that also correct
