Yeah, welcome along. Suppose it depends on how much you got to spend. With enough money you can do anything

You can get one or 2 HP by tweaking but it doesn't amount to much and the $ per HP is quite high.

You could get a 4E-FTE engine fitted (Starlet Turbo). Obviously more expensive but significant performance increase even in standard tune, bolt on a few readily available go-faster goodies and, well, go-faster...
