i've booked the car in for the 1st saturday in may and they are only open for 4 hours

I wouldn't go for this update as previous terrible experiences with dealerships but as a Private Hire Vehicle, I think I have to.

I hate to leave my car for up to 4 hours with this morons. Because they lack professionalism I purchased tools and I am doing repairs and maintenance myself.

dealers are saying 4 hours because there are other cars that they serve at the same time, usually will take no longer than 30min to an hour.

That is what Prius guys (Mod edit - link to home page rather than specific topic) from the US were saying: 20 minutes!

UPDATE: My dealer asked if I could leave it with them for the day (I agreed) arranged a lift from the dealer expecting to collect it at the end of the day. Dropped car off at 9.05am and they phoned me at 9.50 to say it’s done!

Finally got the update it took 90 minutes but they also gave it a mechanical check 

all ok but front brake disks need doing soon, they also washed the car and cleaned the interior thanks to Bentley s of Warrington
