Hi everyone, just had a call from the main dealer that my M.O.T. and  6 year service is due .. at an eye popping  £395 . What the hell costs that much .. 25000 miles one owner car .full service history, Trouble is I still have one more year on the extended warrantee. do I have a choice?

Servicing is every 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever occurs first. So despite the fact the car has done 25,000 miles, it is due the six year service.

At six years/60,000 miles, the dealer is saying your car needs the Full+ service, which includes changing the spark plugs - see https://www.toyota.co.uk/owners/service-mot-maintenance/servicing?utm_source=bing&utm_campaign=Servicing%2BUK%2BENG%2BSPART%2BEXACT&utm_term=toyota servicing uk&msclkid=74bb5df8b1cb182dd34006433e47b7ea&gclid=CLCw-Zir990CFRZJGwodrjgPVg&gclsrc=ds#/ajax/%2Fowners%2Fservice-mot-maintenance%2Ffullplus-service-details

However, as the car is over five years old you could opt for the Essential Care gold service at £200 and pay separately for the spark plug change. Essential Care still meets the servicing requirements of the extended warranty. See https://www.toyota.co.uk/owners/service-mot-maintenance/servicing?utm_source=bing&utm_campaign=Servicing%2BUK%2BENG%2BSPART%2BEXACT&utm_term=toyota servicing uk&msclkid=74bb5df8b1cb182dd34006433e47b7ea&gclid=CLCw-Zir990CFRZJGwodrjgPVg&gclsrc=ds

The extended warranty isn't covered by Block Exemption, which allows for servicing at a non-franchised garage whilst retaining the new car warranty, so to keep the extended warranty in force, servicing has to be done by a Toyota dealer.
