Sat nav wont pick up calls anymore

Hi, 

I have a 2014 Aygo move with style. My sat nav has stopped picking up calls. The call comes in ok but it wont connect it and pick it up. I can make calls fine. It used to be fine but suddenly has stopped picking incoming calls up. Ive tried changing the settings from pick up in 3 rings etc to pick up immediately to pick up manually but nothing works. Any ideas?
