Dirvers Door Hinge

Hi Guys

New to this forum just purchase 2005 5 door Corolla T3 and I want to replace drivers side bottom door hinge ,has anyone done a replacement if so what is the procedure?

Hi,

The Haynes manual , Halfords or Online etc, has a full page detailing the removal of a door, though it only shows the hinge being unbolted from the door, would think you need to remove the whole door to get access to the remaining bolts holding the hinge onto the body ?

It has a handy tip , saying to scribe around the hinges before removal so you have a reference when reassembling, seems adjusting the whole door is an equally challenging job, which it also details.

Perhaps wise to replace top and bottom at the same time .. the tops bound to have some wear ..?
