I replaced the fuel tank which involved removing the center section of the exhaust. Now after it's all back together the car is misfiring a little under load before going into limp mode with code P2002 Diesel Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold B1.

Could this be due to an exhaust leak?

Initially we also had P2047 Reductant Injector Circuit Open (Bank1) - We found the injector was actually disconnected. We have no idea how this happened or how long it was disconnected for.

We plugged the injector back in and the fault hasn't returned.  Could this be connected to the P2002 fault?

P2047 Would certainly cause P2002 if the injector had been disconnected for long as the car would not have been able to regenerate the DPNR resulting in blockage and now P2002

Do you think an exhaust leak could cause the P2002 also?

What about the misfire?

and how can I fix it?
