Hi all, I would be very grateful for any advice regarding an issue with my in car temperature control problem.I have a 2011  1.8 Petrol Avensis. Recently I have noticed when I try to turn up the internal temp, the digital display goes up by several degrees when I manually turn the switch.

However if I continue to increase the temp the digital read out drops from say 18 degrees to Lo. 

I have had my car for three years its fully serviced and has only done a genuine 50,500 miles. This is the first issue/problem that I have had, can anyone help. ?
