Corolla Verso 2006 Key Problem

Hi,

Hoping someone can help.

My wife has a Toyota Corolla Verso 2006 model which she loves.

However, she has lost one of the 2 sets of keys she has.  Does anyone know where we can get a replacement?  I rang Toyota and they said they can supply one for about £350.  

In addition, the key she does have is not working properly.  It will open the doors by pressing the remote fob but will not lock the car.  She has to remove the key and lock the doors manually. 

Any ideas on either of these issues.
