I have infiltration of water in my Rav 4 III 2006. Did you find some solution?

This was a very common problem at one time and often occurred after a windscreen was replaced. An inadequate seal on the scuttle cowl cover allowed water to flow into the cabin air intake, then draining via the ventilation system on to the front carpet. This seal was often damaged when a windscreen was changed. There was a TSB on the subject which involved fitting an improved seal.
