Swap 2AD-FTV for 2AD-FHV

Hi guys,

So recently I bought an avensis from 07 with 2AD-FTV, it looks like I have a head gasket problem due to the constant pressuring the cooling system and throwing out the coolant from the reservoir. 

I have a really good deal on 2AD-FHV so I was wondering, would it be possible to use FHV block and head and just transport all of the equipment from my FTV? Including turbo and injectors.

The block is from IS220D from 07 too, good mileage as its only have 88k km.

You would need a donor Avensis t180 as the electrical system, ECU's, Exhaust, Injectors etc are all specific to the FHV engine also the IS220 would be no use as it is a inline 4 front engine RWD setup where as the Avensis is a transverse 4 front engine FWD the blocks are not interchangeable
