Prius PHEV Gen 3 vs PHEV Gen 4 vs Gen 4 ?

Havent had the possibility to testdrive the Prius PHEV gen 3 (or PHEV gen1) yet ,since the only ones in my neighborhood has been sold as soon as thy comes uot as for sale

Our main goal with PHEV is to be able to drive short trips, about 3-4 miles, in EV mode from start, some 6-7 times a week 

The advantage of PHEV 3/1 is that its a bit higher and a bit easier to entrance than PHEV 4/2 IMO and its possible to find decent used 2012/13 with about 7 000 miles PHEV 3/1 for about

Is the height (space from seat to ceiling) in rear/back seat the same in Prius PHEV gen 1/3 and PHEV 2/4 and Is it the same height in regular Prius gen 3 and 4 ?

Does "solar pak" ( sun cells in the roof) affect rear/back seat height (believe that "skyview lower the height by some 10-25 mm) ?

Today we traded in our Auris TS HSD 2014 for an Prius PHEV 2015.

Very pleased so far 🙂

Easier for us to enter/exit and seems very familiar with our Prius + 2016/17.

Intend to use this PHEV for mostley shorter trips in and around our small city.

My 2012 Prius+ T-Spirit had 17" identical to those on your Gen 3.

I thought abot to trade in my Auris for an used Prius+ 2012 (as complement to out Prius+ 2016/17), with wheels like Yours  but our local Toyota dealer got an used Prius PHEV 2015 that we bought instead. Very pleased so far
