Hello, dear colleagues!

The car is Corolla E11, liftback, 4EFE, made in the UK, 1999. I have this problem from three years the only thing they tell me when I get the car to servive is IT IS NOT DANGEROUS. Calm down, it is a small problem. But they don’t know the problem.  The mechanics check the car and say it is ok. Could you see the videos made on paved road (thos problem occurs only on paved or bad roads) and tell me what do tou think. Please, help me! Thank you in advance!

P.S. The problem is not the bearing inside the steering shaft. It was checked.

The video doesn't load for me but the audio does. Sounds more like a trim rattle than anything else?

Rattle coming up the steering column from the ball joints or worn rubbers at the track rod ends perhaps?
