Wipers stopping in middle

Hi,

I own a Corolla 2006. It developed a fault. It's wipers stop in the middle of windscreen as soon as they are swithced off, instead of completing the cycle and resting at the booton of screen.

How can this be fixed plz?

That sounds like a problem with the motor which has the switch that determines the rest position inbuilt. Another possibility is if the motor has been disconnected from the linkage and then reassembled incorrectly.
