2008 Avensis Sat Nav B9010 not working

Hi 

l recently bought a 2008 Avensis D4D but the Sat Nav had the Chinese writing on as the Battery was flat and had to be changed. It came with a set of E 10 discs but the West Europe disc was damaged. So I bought an E1G version 2 from eBay but it didn’t load up.

I cleaned the lens with a disc lens cleaner as advised, unconnected the Battery and left for 20 mins, reconnected and tried the new disc and the other 3 original discs that came with the car but still get the “A program cannot be read please consult a dealer” message. I’ve tried that twice but no joy. I thought any disc would reboot the system even if it was the area, sadly no.

It’s most annoying as the cd or radio does not work without the Sat Nav. 

Would appreciate any ideas or help on how to solve the problem from the experts.
