Yaris 2010-P/S fault when headlights on

Hi, my 2010 Yaris has developed a strange intermittent fault.

It drives fine, when I turn the headlights on or flash my main beam, the power steering warning comes on and the car stops and refuses to start.

I’ve had someone check it over and they couldn’t find anything, the Battery was replaced a few months ago and it’s been driving fine until a week ago. Battery was the correct type for a stop start model, Duracell so not a cheap Chinese brand.

Im going to get the fuses checked, I can’t think what else it could be?

The cars only done 35k miles, a light rear end bump a few months ago meant some new parking sensors had to be installed, which would’ve meant a live connection to Battery, could this be the possible cause of any issue?

has anyone experienced this before?

TIA

I'd check the Battery connections, Battery earth connection and do a volts drop test across the Battery with the engine running and the headlights on or flashed.
