Is there any point in re-mapping a 1.0 or would it be better just to throw out the seats etc I'm not using? 😛

I mean, it ain't slow but,  , , , , ok, it's kinda slow but loves to buzz.

No point in remapping a normally aspirated engine.

Hmm yeah. I did note that even the later 1.0 cars only benefit by about 5bhp.

So if I use some unwashed socks instead of the air filter . . . . ? It would definitely be abnormally aspirated then and the fumes might be more flammable than regular air. . .

As above there's no point on a 1.0L so just take the heavy back seats out or buy a faster car 👍
