2019 Corolla - Manuals not supplied?

My local dealership told me today that they have just received the manuals etc and were delivering them to owners.

This prompted my to chase my dealer and they have received theirs too today. It's too bulky to post they say, so I assume it will be the big book and look forward to getting mine finally!

I had the same problem so I contacted Toyota GB and complained and they said they would send them to me but it takes 2-4 weeks 

and they came last week at no charge hope this helps
