I've got a new pioneer stereo that I want to be able to use the steering wheel controls with. I've been on the connects2 website and found some adapters but I need to know whether my car is amplified or not. 

So my question is, how can I find out/tell if it is, or isn't amplified?

You need the CTSTY001.2 make sure you get the correct patchlead for your unit with it!

You need to chop and join 1 plug because the connects2 plug is different.
