How much do you think these tires have been driven?

They look pretty good to me. New tyres have about 9mm. The 4th photo shows the  ridge which is a marker that you down to legal limit, you can see the ridge about half way up from the bottom, a horizontal bar ridge. Both edges of the tread look good as well.

Are they used tyres?  What made you “doubt” or question the dealer?

Tyre tread is only one of the things to check with tyres. You need to make sure no nails etc in the tyres. Also the side walls can have tears and slits in from kerbing etc which can be seriously dangerous.
