Mk1 Avensis rhs window regulator

Hello folks,

 

I've had my Avensis since 1999 and am now on 260,000 miles; brilliant car.  The only problem I've had is the RHS window regulator.  It has failed twice; frayed cable first and later the rivets connecting the motor bracket  sheared.  As some will know the captive market cost for a replacement is around £250, so my fix was to drill out the rivet securing spots and fit countersunk screws with self locking nuts - worked a treat.  But now the plastic wheel at the top of the regulator frame has worn with use and split.  So, does anyone know where I might find a replacement wheel, please?

I've looked and failed to find a s/h bracket  with the plastic wheels and guides attached which I could use for spares, so any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome
