TRC, VSC, Check engine light comes on

Hello, I have a 2007 1.8l Avensis that I bought about a month ago and I'm facing the classical TRC+VSC+check engine light situation.

I ran a test with a Delphi diagnostic tool that my mechanic has (he's new to Toyotas) and I got the p0133 error plus another one that I can't recall now (it wasn't engine but something more like electrical related).

I've replaced the bank 1 oxygen sensor with a Bosch part, the error reappears after about 140miles.

I've changed the gas tank cap as it seemed like the old one doesn't hold vacuum too well, the error still reappears. My question is how long should should the vacuum exist in the tank, after how much time should I still be able to get a hiss from the cap when I unscrew it, so I can tell if the new cap is good enough or not.

If the cap is not the issue either would you know what should I try next? Can I run with just deleting the error from time to time or can this cause actual damage?

My cap holds vacuum for several hours at least.

Have you checked for leaks around manifold or vacuum leaks?
