Exaust For N/a ?

Hello there

looking for some more bhp from my 1990 n/a. I have a k&n and was looking for a better exaust. Any recomendations as what to get for better performance?

also the front bumper looks tatty as had the black bottom painted from the naff standard black to the same colour as the car but want something that looks smarter and more aggressive.

Be great if anyone has any suggestions! :D

mongoose always a safe bet, twin 3.5" pipes, great sound and good pickup...
