Verso Icon Radio Console: screen broken, need to replace screen or unit

Hi - the radio console screen for our Toyota Verso Icon 2016 is broken (son chucked a ski pole!)  Toyota say you have to replace the whole thing (£1700). I saw somewhere you can get them 2nd hand but now when I search nothing comes up... can anyone help?   At least what we should search under, or where we might get one without paying that much.  Or can we replace the screen itself? Help! x Sally

Could try contacting a repairer - eg http://www.autosound.co.uk/car-radio-repairs/

Or search for a used unit - somewhere like eBay for 'Toyota Touch 2' (presuming you don't have satelite navigation)

Or replace the entire unit with a new third party unit (Pioneer or similar)

Unless you have some special features on it, the cheapest and fastest thing to do here might actually be a 3rd party unit as proposed above.
