Toyota Auris 2009 - A/C heater climate control switch panel

Hi all,

Don't know if this can be done but I am wondering is it possible to switch the unit for the a/c and heater controls in the Auris to the automatic controls instead of manual? Would it be a straight swap in and swap out or is there more involved to this?

I currently have the 3 dials on the dash but I would like to install this one below. They can be got on eBay cheap enough.

Doubt it, as the automatic unit has more servos than automatic.
