Cdchanger To Suit 58408 Headunit

Does anyone have any details of the CD Changer that I assume must have been available as an option for a 1998 1.8ST? I just want to add a changer to go with the original 58408 headunit, with as little fuss and bother as possible, and getting the Toyota item (second-hand!) seemed logical. Failing that, which after-market changer would fit? The headunit has a `spare' rectangular socket at rear with 5 male blades on the top row and 7 male blades below, and I am assuming that this is the CD Changer cable socket.
