Manifold Cat Replacement - Torque Values

Hi I am mid way through a DIY replacement of the manifold/Cat on my 2006 Aygo Black. I have almost removed the old one but I am having trouble with one of the top bolts which is badly rusted and resting my attempts to remove it, it's currently soaking in WD40 and I will have another go in the morning.

I have 2 questions:

  1. What size are the bolts that hold the top of the manifold? I think they are the ones in the attached picture.
  2. What are the torque values for the top bolts and the lower nuts that fit on studs holding the bottom of the manifold.

Thanks
