yup, it the most fun in the world!

how much was it like an wot toys u get wiv it?

right the basic alarm is £400, that comes with remote start and a pager. Then i added the window closer, the remote headlights, remote boot relece, and a dule zone proxcimity sensor, and those extras were £200 so a total of 600 but it is well worth it mate,

the site is http://www.ssi-caralarms.com/index.html and they will drive any where in the country to get to you. The guy that came was a good lad too.

flipping heck that was expensive!

I got a scorpion cat 1 for £60, although it doesn't have remote start or the headlight thingy.

just a question what does the proximity sensor do, is that the same as ultrasonics?

have a nice day

I have the same alarm without all the toys except I do have the total window closure and dual proximty sensor.

its a good alarm aint it Asha

the proxcimity sensor is kinda like a movement sensor, so you can arm ur car with the windows down if u really want, its meant for T-bars and convertables, so u can arm it with out shutting it all up, but mine is a dule zone sensor so as well as doing that it also puts a kind of protective bubble around the car, so if some one is pearing through ur window paying abit to much attention to you stereo or what ever then it will churp at them to tell them that it knows ur there, and if they continue then it will set off the alarm, but is quite clever, a cat, or a passer by wouldnt set it off, it mesures mass and movement and all kinds of other stuff.

hope that helps

Sounds sh :censor: t-hot!!!

To say I am gutted is an understatment and if another company puts it in for me my life time garantee is void. :crybaby:

short story is they fried the ECU & are refusing to pay out.
